Our Infant Program
At Oak Grove Academy, we understand the importance and value of nurturing a child from a young age. Ours is an Alpharetta – Milton – Cumming infant care program for children ages six weeks to seven months, which is dedicated to meeting all of your infant’s needs. We believe that an exceptionally low 1:4 teacher-to-child ratio is best, as it permits the optimal delivery of individualized curricular and affective attention, in a bright and spacious physical environment of the most stringent safety, security, and cleanliness.
Many daycares and franchise preschools overlook the needs of infants, assuming they don’t need much since they are very young. At our Alpharetta infant education facility, we provide an accredited Alpharetta infant and Milton infant program which is both nurturing and instructional.
Infants are enveloped in music, singing, poetry and stories, complemented by creative play, programmed gross and fine motor skills development, and the opportunity for immersion in a third language.
Teachers introduce comforting and reassuring routine into their young lives, and daily guided strolls of the campus provide them with the healthy benefits of fresh air, sunshine, and the sensory stimulation of the sights and sounds of nature.
We are dedicated to maintaining the strong bonds of intimacy, warmth, and security that your child enjoys at home with you, and we are committed to meeting your child’s physical, psychological, and emotional needs, while he or she is in our care. The award winning Oak Grove Academy has been around for 20 years, and in this time has earned a reputation for stellar Alpharetta infant and Milton infant care.
