JUNIOR TODDLER PROGRAM

ALPHARETTA | MIDWAY-CUMMING | MILTON

Junior toddlers explore their world through art, music, and creative movement, in an environment which is both challenging and stimulating, and made accessible by the attentive nurturing that only a low teacher to student ratio can provide.

Vocabulary cards are introduced in support of weekly thematic instruction, daily routines and procedures give them familiar consistency (including daily reading which further enhances a thirst for reading and vocabulary development), and in addition to evidencing demonstrative dominion of sign language and speech, language skills are in bloom.

Nursery rhymes and musical education are introduced, formal familiarization with the Spanish language begins (they´ve previously had passive immersive exposure), physical education complements their own supervised time on the campus playground, and self-help skills such as feeding themselves, dressing skills, independence and self-confidence, are modeled and taught.
